How do l track my order?
Direct Freight Express provides a Track and Trace number so you may check the status of your order once it leaves our warehouse. You can log in to your account. Then click on Tracking No. tab above your order to obtain all your order and tracking information so you can know when to anticipate delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal and Credit Card to ensure the security of your property.
How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Generally, orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after that will be shipped the next day. The time is based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST; UTC+10:00).

How will my order be delivered?
For Gaming Chairs & Desks, we work with Direct Freight Express for delivery. For the small accessories & modular parts, we choose Australia Post for the delivery. You will receive both order confirmation by e-mail and notification when the order has been shipped.
Where does DXRacer ship?
We deliver to most of residential and business addresses Australia wide. However, there are certain regions that we are unable to send to including overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland except for Tasmania. Depending on your location, the final shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.
How do I get warranty service?
1) Out Of Warranty
You can purchase your replacement parts quickly and easily in two ways:
①Log in to your account and go to find Parts Page. Then enter the series or model or upload a full front-view photo of your chair. We'll help you find its series or model and corresponding parts. You can easily purchase by clicking on our link through our system's search results
② If you are a big fan of DXRacer and familiar with which series your chair belongs to and its corresponding parts, then you can make a quick purchase through the links below.

2) In Warranty
You can log in to your account and click the button “After-Sales” on the lower right side of your order. Then fill out the form to tell us the details and wait. You will receive an email notification after approval.

If my chair's warranty has expired and I need to purchase corresponding parts, what should I do?
You can purchase your replacement parts quickly and easily in two ways:

How long will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always made using the original payment method. Generally, funds will be returned to your account within 10 business days after we receive your return items. The refund amount depends on your order status, shipping fees and inspection results.

How long does a pending order stay pending until it expires?
Any orders that have not been paid for within 3 days (72 hours) will be canceled without further notice.
Can I modify my delivery address, color, promotional code, or other details for my order?
If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it and place a new order.
The product’s color, delivery address, promotional code, or other details cannot be modified after an order has been submitted and paid for.
If your order is ready to be shipped, you can simply cancel it and place a new one. All amounts will be refunded with no additional fee.
Once an order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return and place a new order. ( If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc. )

How long will my order be delivered?
Under normal circumstances, the current shipping times for in-stock products are 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Pre-ordered products may take between one and two months to arrive. We will seek to deliver your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions or DFE errors, etc.
Can the chairs be shipped to APO, FPO and DPO address?
No. FedEx cannot deliver to any military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Please contact FedEx immediately after placing your order if you have any special delivery requests, such as calling beforehand, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the product in a certain place.
Can I exchange my chair after my order has been shipped?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our products. You can simply return your chair and repurchase it. Do note that there will be an additional return fee. (Refer to our Return Policy for more information)
Warranty&Return
How do I return my order?
Step 1: To apply for a refund, please contact contact@dxracerau.com.au and explain the reason for the refund. Our customer service personnel will review it. Please pay attention to your email reply. Once the refund application is approved, please proceed to the second step.
Step 2: Please ship your items to the RMA address: 15 Marsden Cres,Doncaster East VIC 3109. Make sure to ship and return your items within 30 days(from the date you receive the product).
Step 3: Log in to your account and click the “Return” button on the lower right side of your order. Then fill out the Return Request Form to tell us the details and wait.
* If you have not signed up for a DXRacer account, you can reset or retrieve your account password through your email address. Then log in to your DXRacer account to return items.
* If you shipped your chair after 30 days, DXRacer will not receive the delivery. You will be responsible for any costs and damages.
What does my product warranty cover?
For the following time periods, your warranty will be in effect (from the date your original order was shipped):
All Gaming Chairs Series — 2-year warranty
The internal steel frame found inside the backrest and seat of our models — lifetime warranty
Accessories (including the battery of Martian Series) — 2-year warranty
Separately purchased accessories — 1-year warranty

If I don’t know my chair's series or mode, what should I do to replace broken parts?
Log in to your account and go to the Parts Page. Then upload a full front-view photo of your chair. We'll help you find its series or model and corresponding parts. You can easily purchase by clicking on our link through our system's search results.
If I return my item, is there any additional fee?
1) If the items are ready to ship, FREE, all amounts will be refunded with no additional fee.
2) If the items have been shipped and disassembled, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc.
3) If the items have been shipped and assembled, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc.
* Cash on delivery is not supported.
* A list of refunds will be sent to your email.
