Gaming Chair Maintanance

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Of course, everyone wants to enjoy their favourite Dxracer chair for as long as possible. It would be nice if your chair stayed like new for months. Give your chair a good clean every 2 to 3 months and let it shine again. Wondering how to do this and what to look out for? Read the step-by-step guide here:

STEP 1 Vacuuming

Utilize a vacuum cleaner to eliminate dust and particles such as crumbs. Run the vacuum over the backrest, armrests, and seat. Then, switch to a different attachment to access the hard-to-reach areas, like the space between the seat and backrest.

STEP 2 Clean with water

You can tackle stains in several ways. First, wipe it down with a damp cloth. The quicker you address the stain, the more likely it will be completely removed. Moisten the cloth and dab it on the stain. Once most of the liquid has been absorbed, gently rub the stain until it disappears. Fortunately, the majority of Dxracer chairs feature durable PU leather upholstery, which reduces the chances of permanent stains if treated promptly.

STEP 3 Clean with A Detergentd

Various cleaning agents are available, including liquid and powder forms.

For chemical-based detergents, follow these steps:

Apply some detergent to a dry cloth and use it to remove the stain(s).

Dampen a clean cloth and eliminate the solvent residue. Be cautious when doing this to avoid creating new stains on the chair. If using a water-based cleaning agent, apply these steps:

Mix mild detergent with water

Use the soapy water to moisten a clean cloth

Gently dab at the stain to remove it. Try to minimize rubbing to prevent damage.

Extra step:  you can apply a protective liquid to the chair's surface to give it extra protection.

STEP 4. Cleaning The Wheels

Noticed that your wheels aren't rolling as smoothly as they used to? It may be time to clean them as well.

Flip the chair over and remove the wheels from the base. Utilize a sharp object, such as a butter knife, to remove the dirt trapped in and between the wheels. By sliding the knife into the gap between the wheel and the caster, you can scrape out all the accumulated grime.

Next, moisten a cloth and run it over and between the wheels. This will help remove any remaining dirt. Don't forget to wipe the wheels with a dry cloth afterward to prevent moisture from lingering.

Finally, reattach the wheels to the chair, and you're all set!
