The chair is incredibly comfortable, especially the headrest and lumbar support. They cradle my neck and back perfectly. Sitting in this chair is so relaxing.

Assembly was very straightforward, the instruction manual is very detailed, and I was able to put it together in about half an hour. The customer service has also been great - I can reach out to them anytime if I have any issues.
