Assembly was very straightforward, the instruction manual is very detailed, and I was able to put it together in about half an hour. The customer service has also been great - I can reach out to them anytime if I have any issues.

The design is super sleek and cool, and spinning around in this chair is really fun. In addition to the great aesthetics, the strong support makes me feel very secure and stable when seated.
