If you have decided to return an item, please fill out our contact form or send us your order number and product details at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number and our shipping address. You can expect to receive a response from our team within 24-48 hours.
Please mind that products shipped to DXRacer without a return authorization number will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted unless authorised by us and you must comply with our return directions.
To be eligible for a refund, DXRacer must receive the product in the original packaging without any damage or missing pieces. Once the return has been processed, your refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 10 business days.
Any order refused after it has been shipped (unless previously arranged through our Customer Service Department) will be treated as a return and other costs, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs, will be deducted/charged.
Validity Period for Returns / Refund:
You must ship returning items back to us within 30 days of purchase upon receiving your order based on our tracking records.
All damaged or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
- No Return / Restocking Fee.
- For the return shipping fees, unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any restocking fee associated with returns. You must pay the return shipping cost of returning the goods to us.
- You are responsible for a product that you have returned until it has been received by DXRacer. This means you must take all reasonable precautions (including suitable packaging) so that the product is not lost or damaged in transit. If returned goods are missing parts or damaged, DXRacer will assess the damage fee amount to be deducted from the refund amount.
Condition of Goods Eligible for Return:
- Products must be returned in the original packaging
- Products must be returned completely disassembled. We do not accept any partially assembled products.
- No damaged or missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received)
- Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange and refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made via e-mail by 10 AM the following business day and/or prior to shipment. Any e-mail messages requesting an order to be changed or cancelled that is received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Credit Card orders must be cancelled the day they were placed and before 5:00 p.m. AEDT.
How soon can I get the refund?
Please allow 5 - 10 business days after your chair has been received by our warehouse to allow us to inspect your return and process your refund. Please allow a minimum of 3 - 7 days for the return/credit process and for it to be posted on your credit card. You will be credited in the same manner as the original purchase was made, (i.e. if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited.)
What should I do if the package is lost in transit？
If the customer is unable to receive the package and would like DXRacerau.com.au to attempt to redispatch the package, the cost of shipping is then the responsibility of the customer.
DXRacerau.com.au hopes every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations, but we fully understand that it is not always possible and we will gladly try to work with you towards a mutually agreeable solution.
