Not fully satisfied with your purchase? DXRacer will accept returns within 30 days after delivery for Standard Shipping items. Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any restocking fee associated with returns.
Please fill out our Contact form to receive a return authorization number and our shipping address. You can expect to receive a response from our team within 24-48 hours. Products shipped to DXRacer without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund, DXRacer must receive the product in the original packaging without any damage or missing pieces.Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the chair has been received, an inspection of the chair will take place. If the package is completely factory-sealed, a 10% restocking fee will apply. If the package has been opened, and/or the chair has been assembled, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Once the return has been processed, your refund will be credited into your account.you must ship returning items back to us within 30 days of purchase.
